What we process

We process your account email, sign-in/session information, photos, listing content, settings, usage and billing records to provide the app. Connecting eBay authorizes access through eBay; we do not receive your eBay password. Seller access tokens are encrypted on the server.

Store connection protection

We retain a keyed fingerprint of your verified permanent eBay seller identifier across disconnection. It lets you reconnect the same seller and prevents a different store from replacing that connection. We do not use a changeable store name to determine account ownership.

Trial protection

To prevent repeat trials, we retain keyed fingerprints of verified email and the permanent eBay account identifier, plus grant dates, expiry and usage. Changing an email, disconnecting eBay or deleting and recreating an account does not make an already claimed trial eligible again. These fingerprints are pseudonymous records, not anonymous data. The permanent identifier is distinct from an eBay access token.

Safety and refund protection

We check listing photos for unsupported or prohibited content. We retain keyed store identifiers, content fingerprints, safety decisions, refund counts and access-review records to help prevent repeat abuse across accounts. Automated checks can make mistakes; contact support to request review. Relevant security and refund records may remain after an account is deleted where permitted or required.

Optional promotional emails

Promotional email signup is optional. We retain your choice and consent history and use it to select promotional recipients. Declining or unsubscribing does not affect your trial or available credits. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Necessary account, security and service messages are separate from promotional signup.

Services involved

Supabase supports authentication, database and private storage. OpenAI processes content for requested AI features. Cloudflare supports security checks. eBay handles seller authorization and marketplace functions. Stripe handles payments when paid checkout is enabled; Sidewalk does not store your full payment-card number. Details of provider processing, international transfers and retention must be finalized before public launch.

Requests and retention

Contact support to request access, corrections or deletion. Security, accounting and trial-eligibility records may need to remain where permitted or required. Exact retention periods, backup deletion timing and applicable privacy rights are still under review. No automatic or immediate deletion promise is made in this draft.
