Free trial

After verifying your email and connecting an eligible eBay account, you receive 10 free credits that expire 30 days after the first successful eligible connection. One trial per Sidewalk account, email and eBay account. New emails, disconnects or username changes do not restart it. No card is required and no subscription starts automatically.

The trial covers up to 10 listing analyses and 240 imported photos in total. Each analysis uses one credit. Optional Smooth Wrinkles uses one extra credit per item, reducing the items covered. Trial capacity may be limited to prevent abuse.

Your eBay store

Each Sidewalk account connects to one eBay seller account. You can disconnect and reconnect that same seller, including after a username change. Use a separate Sidewalk account for a different store; free-trial eligibility still applies. Saved items, credits and schedules do not move between accounts automatically.

Your listings

Review titles, descriptions, authenticity, condition, photos and prices before publishing. AI can make mistakes; estimates are not verified sold prices. Image edits must not hide damage or misrepresent an item. We do not guarantee search ranking, sales or sale prices. You are responsible for your listings, rights to uploaded content, taxes and compliance with eBay rules. eBay fees may apply. Sidewalk Listing is independent of eBay and is not endorsed by eBay.

Paid plans

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel future renewals before your next billing date; the current paid period continues until its end. Pricing and applicable renewal terms are shown before checkout. Included credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. A $15 pack provides 100 extra credits, is purchasable only with an active subscription and expires three months after purchase. Cancelling a subscription does not remove unexpired purchased credits. Subscription and trial credits are consumed before extra packs, in expiry order. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Smooth Wrinkles and quality refunds

Smooth Wrinkles is optional and uses one additional credit for the first photo of an item. Compare the original and edited photo before approving or exporting. Eligible quality refunds are limited to five per customer and connected eBay seller during the monthly allowance window shown in the app, including across linked Sidewalk accounts. An eligible refund returns the edit credit and disables that edited photo; your original is kept. To run the feature again, reimport the original item. A new analysis and edit use the credits shown before you confirm.

Repeated prohibited uploads, duplicate refund attempts or attempts to bypass limits may pause processing or restrict automatic refunds. Automated checks can make mistakes. Contact support for review. These limits do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Listing photo limits

Check the complete photo group and cover image before analysis. You can reorder or remove photos later, but additional photos require reimporting the complete original item. eBay listings support at most 24 listing photos; private reference photos count toward that limit if you choose to include them in the listing.

Safe use and support

Do not bypass trial limits, access another customer's data or upload content you cannot lawfully use. Contact support about errors, access or billing. Oregon law applies subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights. These drafts require legal review before launch.
